The Executive Secretary performs clerical and administrative support, and numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, receiving, securing, preparing, processing and dissemination of documents and other pertinent information.
- Graduate of any BS Office Administration or any 4-yr course relevant to the job.
Has at least 1 yr relevant working experience- With good interpersonal and communication skills
