Qualifications Education / Experience / Skills Required- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably as an Accounting Assistant or similar position.- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
High level of integrity and commitment to financial ethics.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO, responding to inquiries on their behalf and drafting responses when appropriate.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events attended by the CEO, including preparing agendas and compiling meeting materials.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases for the CEO, including contact lists, meeting notes, and corporate documents.
