We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right-hand person, managing their schedule, communications, and special projects. When not directly attending to the CEO's needs, the assistant will extend support to the wider executive team, ensuring efficient operations across the board.
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and phone calls with discretion.
Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO and executive team.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Organise and maintain files and records of key documents.- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.
Assist with personal tasks for the CEO as required.- Assist the wider team, organising team meetings, events, and offsites as needed. Perform ad hoc administrative duties for the executive team.
Handle confidential information with integrity, maintaining discretion at all times.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.- Strong communication abilities with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.- Discretion and confidentiality of the highest order.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and will possess a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling the demands of a varied workload. An understanding of the private equity industry and previous experience working in a similar setting would be advantageous.
