Scope and Responsibilities:- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner- Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings with clients and investors
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventor- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenc
Organize and maintain the office filing system- Create quotation and process purchase orders.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time and when the need arises.
- Education and Training Requirements
Graduate of Business Course related (Marketing and Management)
- At least with one (1) year experience in related field
Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.- Discretion and confidentiality
