We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Country Head. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Manage the Country Head's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and follow up on project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Country Head and internal/external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the Country Head.
Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when needed.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
