HIRING QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Discretion and confidentiality
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.- Take minutes during meetings.
