Job description- Provide assistance to the executives to conserve their time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, minutes of the meetings, documents and initiating telecommunications.
Manage executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and, teleconferences.- Prioritize emails and reports, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence and speaking for the executive.
- Maintains privacy and protects operations by keeping confidential information.
Completes projects by assigning task to staffs and follow up on results.- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Education and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 years related course- With at least 2 years and up Executive Assistant/ Secretarial experience
Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience booking travel
