  • About the Role:
As an executive assistant, support the licensee-in-charge in various aspects of achievement including compliance, growth and marketing, team member happiness, client retention and customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Diary and inbox management
Answering phone calls
  • Content proof reading
Manage content calendar
  • Produce marketing and sales reports
Book venues and associated vendors for events
  • Produce monthly news letter
Management of external suppliers
  • HR filing and record keeping
Ad hoc duties as agreed
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years experience in similar role
Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,
  • 00 per month
