As an executive assistant, support the licensee-in-charge in various aspects of achievement including compliance, growth and marketing, team member happiness, client retention and customer experience.
Team player- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
Time management and organizational skills
- Diary and inbox management
Answering phone calls
Manage content calendar- Produce marketing and sales reports
Book venues and associated vendors for events
- Produce monthly news letter
Management of external suppliers- HR filing and record keeping
Ad hoc duties as agreed
- At least 2 years experience in similar role
Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
