Stagwell's Brand and Communications Team is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant. This person will be reporting into the Chief Brand Officer and will work across the team (DC, NYC, London, Singapore). Aside from being able to accomplish tasks efficiently, the most important aspects of this position are the ability to think ahead, multi-task and think critically through details. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, highly organized, and possess strong communication and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and travel management for Chief Brand Officer and coordination with key VPs
- Process expense reports, accurately maintaining records of receipts for reimbursements
- Aid CBO in preparing for meetings
- Draft agendas, take meeting notes and circulate appropriate documents for CBO
- Manage internal and external meeting logistics and coordination
- Key POC for opening of POs, invoices and other department expenses
- Track department expenses
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Effectively coordinate with distributed team members across multiple time zones
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support
- Proactive approach, positive attitude, with integrity and ownership of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate issues and needs.
- Ability to work across a diverse group of senior business leaders
- Strong belief in client service and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft suit (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Can work EST timezone (9PM - 6AM, Manila Time)
