Position : Executive Assistant + Social Media Coordinator
Salary Range : 1500-2000/month
Working Hours : Flexible US EST Preferred
Overview Of The Position
The Executive Assistant + Content Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping to manage and grow our professional relationships, and to help us bring Inside-Out to more leaders across the startup ecosystem. Working closely with the Founder/CEO, the EA+CC will help manage the company's external relationships, both potential clients and friends of the company. They will craft compelling content to ensure an effective social presence on LinkedIn and X/Twitter, leveraging the latest AI tools. And they will support the founder/CEO in other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to help grow the company (email, calendar, billing, etc).
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and organize CEO's emails, Slack communications, and other channels of correspondence.
- Manage and organize CEO's calendar.
- Follow up with contacts and maintain an organized system of communication, through email, social media comments, slack, etc.
- Prepare detailed briefings and background information for meetings, and follow up.
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with relevant contact information and interaction history.
- Collaborate with coaches and team members to develop social posts on LinkedIn & X/Twitter, translating dictated ideas and articles into social content.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance and streamline content creation when applicable.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Translate long form writing into webinars, course templates, and other marketing tools.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in executive assistant role, and/or content creation role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating engaging social media content.
- Proficiency with email management tools, Slack, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation is a plus.
- Ability to learn new technologies autonomously as needed.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Enthusiastic about building relationships and creating impactful content.
- Assertive, and willing to manage up.
