Essential Functions and Responsibilities_
Manage scheduling for COO.
Coordinate travel arrangements such as lodging and transportation for COO's in-person meetings
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the COO.
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the COO
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Maintain various records and documents for COO
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the COO
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Liaise with other executives, departments, and stakeholders as needed.
Monitor and address operational issues that require the COO's attention.
Assist in developing and implementing office procedures to improve efficiency.
Perform other administrative tasks and support activities as required by the COO.

Job Qualifications:_
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field or masteral.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Pay: Php25,
- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
