Responsibilities- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements of the President; arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
Receive and screen communications to the office of the President and provides assistance using independent judgement to determine that requiring priority attention.- Prepare agendas, minutes, and required follow up of internal and external meetings convened or attended by the President.
Monitors project deliverables and status.
Must be a graduate of any four-year Management or Business Course from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a real estate & property development company.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
