What Does the Role Entail

The role of an Amped Executive Assistant is as diverse as it is dynamic. There's no one-size-fits-all because our clients needs are as unique as they are. From the day-to-day essentials to more extraordinary tasks, you'll be at the heart of everythingmaking an impact where it matters most.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Optimize your client's time and manage their priorities to help them achieve their goals.
  • Take charge of calendars and scheduling to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Conduct research and develop strategies for your client's personal and professional growth.
  • Surprise and delight your client with proactive initiatives and creative solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships within your client's network and team.
  • Drive communication efforts, from presentations to social media management.

What Do You Need to Succeed at Amped

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and other productivity tools.
  • A can-do attitude, with a knack for remote and virtual work.
  • A suitable work-from-home environment.
