Qualification requirements:
- Education: Any 4 year course.
Experience : Open for fresh Graduates.- Skills : Technically proficient in (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
Others : Must have excellent work habits, can work under pressure, can work in fast paced working environment, and has positive virtue towards work.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and process LTO registrations for all the vehicles.
- Prepares memo and letters if needed.
Filing documents and securing proper filing of important and confidential documents. And assisting or providing other departments for documents they needed.- Securing of original Titles and make proper releasing.
Client Investigation report for Buyer's, Employees and Brokers incentive.
- RFID Monitoring and process loading for all units.
Monitoring, checking liquidations and releasing of budgets for personal expenses.- Help out and assist the Chairman, President and Executive Vice-President.
Utilities are paid in time.
- Files on storage area are complete and easy to find.
Appointments and meetings are well manage and coordinated.- Cash are properly liquidated.
Document compliance are complete before due date.
- Finish issues given by the Chairman, President and Executive Vice-President on time or in sun down policy.
