Job SummaryAs an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Executive located in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's schedule, communication, and daily activities.
_Calendar Management:_ Maintain and organize the Executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring all commitments are managed effectively.
- _Communication: _Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Executive. Draft professional and concise responses when necessary and ensure timely follow-ups.
_Travel Coordination:_ Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for the Executive's business trips and meetings.- _Meeting Support:_ Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and provide summaries as required. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
_Time Management: _Assist the Executive in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in any related field
- With at least 1-year experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)- Good time management and organization skills
Has a keen eye to details
