Completed a Bachelor's degree in any field- At least with 1-2 years of working experience in similar role
Assisting and providing high level of support to the General Manager regarding administrative tasks
- Communication: Handling internal and external communications including phone calls, e-mails and other correspondence
Documentation and file management:
Safekeeping of confidential files as assigned by the General ManagerTravel Arrangement:
Making travel arrangement, bookings, itinerary and accommodations if neededLogistics: Monitoring of vehicles RFID loads, insurances, registrations and others.
- Other: Doing bank transactions and other tasks assigned by the General Manager
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills- Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
