Coordination with all departments for assigned task requirements.- Purchasing of supplies and materials for office and others
Execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly task monitoring
- Checking and requesting payment of expenses and petty cash
Assist GM and VP with daily operations including basic personal errands- Support business dev for real estate acquisition and existing property management and other business.

As part of my assigned responsibilities sourcing recruitment, utilizing various channels to identify and engage top talent for our organization's assigned job openings.- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
Manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.

- Must be graduate of BS BA / Management / Secretary or any related course
With 2 years experience of administrative tasks, secretarial and HR role- Proficiency in office software and communication tools
Willing in remote and field work
