Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be tasked with various responsibilities designed to optimise the CEO's efficiency and enable their focus on strategic objectives.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Communication Management: Acting as the first point of contact, managing emails and correspondence with stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Planning and organising all details of international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless and efficient trips.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Overseeing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while prioritising commitments to maximize time efficiency.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Assisting in organising internal and external meetings, including setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Research and Preparation: Conducting research and preparing materials for presentations and meetings to support decision-making processes.
- Podcast and Interview Arrangements: Coordinating the logistics for podcasts, interviews, and public appearances, enhancing the CEO's and Intuji's visibility.
- Administrative Support: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support the CEO, including document preparation and management and personal assistance tasks as needed.
Who We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is required.
- Previous experience in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is required.
