  • What is your mission

We are looking for an Executive Assistant that possesses a high level of technological proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:
  • Report directly to the CFO.
Manage company insurance (liability & property) and claims processing.
  • Manage general company administration email inbox and incoming corporate mail.
Maintain and manage the company's legal entities, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Assist company Controllers to streamline and facilitate the effective workflow of the full-cycle accounting process.
Organize documents & files and control the accuracy, completeness of, and access to programs and data.
  • Contribute to the finance team's effort to continually improve processes and procedures.
Respond professionally and timely to internal & external inquiries.
  • Assist in the development, write-up, modification and implementation of accounting procedures, systems and internal controls.
Assist with various month-end, quarter end and year-end financial close activities as needed.
  • Produce and distribute financial reports and information as requested.
Communicate financial information in an understandable form for non-technical people using both written and verbal skills.
  • Performs other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned or apparent.

_Technology Expertise:_
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all accounting and finance technology systems used within the company, including ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and any other relevant software.
Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, leveraging technical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and workflows. Collaborate with the finance team to design and implement system improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in accounting and finance technology. Regularly participate in training programs and webinars to maintain and expand expertise.

  • Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and procedural guides, to support team activities and decision-making.
Anticipates potential organizational challenges and proactively develops strategies to address them, ensuring continuous improvement in administrative processes.

  • Who are we looking for
Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Systems or Business Administration or similar.
  • 2 years of experience as an Executive supporting a C-Level Executive or VP/Director-Level.
Prior experience with a US-based company preferred.
Experience in basic accounting functions.
  • Advanced English, both written & verbal.
Proficient in using MS Excel.
