We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive High-Level Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and be capable of supervising a remote team, managing daily operations, and supporting the client with various tasks. This role requires someone who is a problem solver, a self-starter, and eager to learn and be trained.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Calendar Management:
- Manage 50-100 emails daily and create email templates as needed.
- Oversee calendar management, including scheduling and appointments.
- Operations and Process Improvement:
- Implement action plans and resolve any operational issues.
- Gather and analyze data to support operational improvements.
- Audit processes and assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Ensure all automations are functioning properly.
- Team Supervision:
- Help supervise team members working remotely.
- Provide high-level supervisory support and leadership.
- Digital Course Development:
- Help creates digital courses that will be sold to real estate agents across the country, so this role will involve helping the client as needed.
- Event Management:
- Assist in planning and executing client events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Sierra CRM for client and team management (training will be provided if necessary).
- Experience with other tools like Monday.com for task and project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply the 1-3-1 approach.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently and proactively.
