We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's office runs efficiently and effectively. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing communications, scheduling, office management, and providing support to the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Screen and direct incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual or department. Answer questions and inquiries as needed, conducting research and following up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist the CEO with scheduling appointments and maintain an updated calendar. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Prepare and type letters, correspondences, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts lists and other pertinent information for the CEO.
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day office administration through phone, written, and face-to-face contact with those requiring assistance from the CEO's office. Process billing invoices and maintain accurate records as necessary.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively within the organization and to the community to successfully complete administrative needs as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in business administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years in administrative assistance.
- Minimum of two years as an executive administrative assistant in the supplements, wellness, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
