Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining comprehensive, accurate records and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the overall
Providing administrative assistance such as editing, writing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Organizing meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing events when necessary
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Act as the point of contract among executive, employees, clients and other external partners
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any 4-year related course.
With more than 3 years work related experience working in banking, real estate, consultancy or leasing industry or in any supporting executive-level management.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
