Responsibilities:- Manage executive's calendar and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up.- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Shadowing the CEO in meetings, taking notes, and drafting action items.
- Stakeholder management (internal and external)
Supporting the CEO in all aspects of their multifaceted role across a number of businesses.- Following up with the CEO on action items.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.- Hotel Reservations or Central Reservation Experience
Customer Service, Sales, or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Specific Technical Skills: Good Knowledge of Computer applications.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) and other hotel Property Management Systems. RMS Cloud experience is beneficial but not essential.- Graduate of any 4-year Course.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
