Job Description

Executive Assistant needed for Core Properties PH, a real estate company based out of Makati, Philippines providing bespoke luxury and commercial real estate solutions.
  • Job Description:
Hybrid position, mostly work from home with a requirement to attend office only as needed (1-2x a week)
  • Administrative duties, contract/document preparation, organizing accounts, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare, deliver, and pick up real estate forms and documents.
Coordinating showings and obtaining feedback.
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Preparing listing materials and posting property listings on Facebook, Viber groups and any other forms of media
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and brokerage groups
Managing a client database and preparing reports
  • Assisting with closing processes
Coordinate, oversee and inspect the completion of repairs for properties
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Requirements/Qualifications
: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred
Must be presentable
  • A strong willingness to learn is required as the job is multifaceted
Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback
Knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and repair persons both verbally and in writing
  • People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php23,000.00 per month
