Job Description

Job Summary:
  • We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant who is responsible in providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to one of the Board of Trustees of the Associacion Benevola de Cebu Inc. The EA handles confidential documents and information; prepares reports and presentations and coordinates with different heads in the completion/collation of reports and other documents that would support the decision/initiatives.

Job Descriptions:

  • Plans and prepares logistical requirements for board meetings, conferences, functions, business travel e.g. venue reservation, itinerary, etc.
Arranges official business travels.
  • Plans, organizes, and attend meetings taking note of the minutes, key-take-away.
Drafts and prepares memorandum and communications.
  • Manages all files and documents; ensures an efficient filing system in the database or in hard print as necessary.
Ensures the confidentiality of information and data received.
  • Responds to departmental communications and/or inquiries through different media e.g. phone, email, etc. Handles all communications with utmost confidentiality.

Job Qualifications:


Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing/ Nutrition and Dietitian.
  • With experience in hospital set-up or clinical & assessment and can practice independently, preferably with experience as company nurse.
With work experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting is preferred.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office application
  • Experienced in preparing reports, graphs, and presentations. Experienced in technical writing e.g corporate documents.
Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information.
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

* English (Preferred)
