JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the overall management of day-to-day operations specially in the areas of office administration, building and facilities, asset inventory management and high-level administrative support within the organization.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary point of contact for executives, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.- Manage executives calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by executives.
Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing, and routing as necessary.
Support executives in managing projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.- Track project progress, update stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other special projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
