Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- 2-4 years experience for EA/Admin roles
- Monday.com experience
- Canva experience to create business proposals for partnerships
Nice To Have
- Experience working with Australian clients
What will you do
- Daily management of manager's diary
- Support manager's requirements leading the company whilst also overseeing the management and operational efficiency across the team
- Managing reports, KPI and accountability to the team's roles and responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including business strategies, financial data, and personal matters.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential documents or discussions
- Retaining all expense receipts and remitting it to Finance as per required protocol
- May be required to perform other duties reasonably requested from time to time
