1 Supporting Executive Management with transactions, organizing events, maintaining general schedules, travel arrangements, and the social calendar.
2 Project managing special projects and prepares reports, collects and analyzing information as required
3 Gives administrative and operational support by providing input to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements
4 Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos, and determining significance; routing to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
5 Meet with special interest groups or individuals on behalf of executives.
6 Reports problems to executives when they cannot be resolved for attention.
7 Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
8 Actively participates and collaborates with relevant departments in implementing programs and projects of the company.
9 Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
10 Maintains knowledge by attending professional and technical educational seminars and workshops; reviews publications;
11 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
