Job Description

_Duties and Responsibilities:_
  • Manage the Executive's daily administrative duties including but not limited to managing an active calendar of appointments, coordination of meetings, reservation of meeting rooms, requests of foods, confirmation of attendees, completing reports, composing and preparing correspondences, and takes minutes of the meeting
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the Executives as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the Executives.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers on behalf of the Executives.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executives and take proactive steps to ensure efficient operations.
Manage special projects as assigned by the Executives.
  • Support the Executives in managing relationships with key partners and clients.
In charge for social medias posting for the company
  • Liaise with other departments on all operational and important concerns
Perform other duties as may be requires by the Executives.
  • Assists in recording and updating database of clients, architects and other important contacts.
May travel from time to time to assist Executives and may require to present company introduction
  • Coordinates with messengers and/or couriers for the delivery of documents and parcels abroad.
Assists with the organization of company-wide events

Skills and Qualifications:_
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration/ Management
Preferably with two (2) years or more experience providing support for upper-level management in a related organization
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Excellent English language skills both in verbal and writing, editing, grammatical, organizational and research skills
Ability to work with a broad range of people including board of directors, staffs and others
  • Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills
Applicants should be willing to work in Makati City
  • One (1) Full-time position available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

13th month salary
