.Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
Manages calendars, schedule meetings, and prepares important documents.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.- Coordinate and oversee special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support executive functions.
2 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience in dealing with LGU's or other government entities.
Good communication skills- Previous experience in PR is a plus
Willing to work on-site in Makati City
