Looking For Filipinos Who Are Philippines-based Candidates

Position : Executive Assistant

Work Hours : Flexible hours with at least 2 hours overlap anytime between 9AM-5PM CST

Holidays : TBD

Pay Range : 900 - 1,200 USD /month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company/Client Overview

We develop mobile and social apps for platforms such as the iPhone, Facebook, Ning, and iGoogle. We provide custom development services for organizations big and small. Our clients include companies in the Fortune 100 as well as startup organizations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive involved in residential real estate technology and multiple other ventures.
  • Making travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Monitor and manage the executive's inbox in real-time, ensuring timely responses and organization.
  • Handle professional and personal administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, document preparation, and reviewing.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed.
  • Manage and protect confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Produce and review reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct extensive research, finding hard-to-locate information online with proficiency.
  • Assist with social media postings and management.
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist in basic project management duties.
  • Craft and review emails, potentially taking on email newsletters, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to find hard-to-locate information.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • This role demands a proactive individual who can manage various tasks with minimal supervision and exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Great intuition to understand unstated tasks and follow prescribed tasks accurately.
  • Ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
