Completed a Bachelor's degree in any field- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in similar role but this is also available for fresh graduates
Assisting and providing high level of support to the General Manager regarding administrative tasks
- Communication: Handling internal and external communications including phone calls, e-mails and other correspondence.
Documentation and file management:
Safekeeping of confidential files as assigned by the General Manager. Responsible for SAP equipment delivery to meet production and client deadlines.Logistics:
Monitoring of vehicles RFID loads, insurances, registrations and others.Other: Doing bank transactions and other tasks assigned by the General Manager
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
