Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Market Expansion and Strategy Development
-Support in developing market expansion strategies
-Project management
-Support in strategic planning
CRM and Automation
-CRM management from scratch
-Automation in CRM GoHighLevel
-Implementing business automation with Make or Zapier
Policy and Process Management
-Developing and implementing company policies
-Creating and updating Company Playbooks & Checklists
-Creating and optimizing processes

Team and Meeting Coordination:

-Scheduling and coordinating team members meetings
-Managing internal communication
-Organizing and coordinating company events, trips
-Implementing reporting structure and Company Scorecards
- Ensuring Team Members report on time
CEO Support
- Managing the CEO's calendar and personal tasks
-CEO email management filtering, categorizing, cleanup
-Reducing and saving 50% of CEO work time over the next 3 months
Documentation and Reporting
- Managing and organizing files in Google Drive
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting
- Maintaining company documentation (invoices, bills, legal documents)
Recruitment and Onboarding
-Support in recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Enhanced recruitment and onboarding efficiency
Client and Partner Relations
-Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
Tools and Efficiency Management
-Implementing time and efficiency management tools
-Task automation and time savings

Experience and Proficiency:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Operations, HR, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficiency with modern digital office tools and automation tools (e.g., Monday, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier)
Experience in travel planning
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets for processes and KPIs*
Interest in continuous personal and professional development
Ability to work in and promote a supportive, ambitious team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,
  • 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
