Documentation and Reporting
- Managing and organizing files in Google Drive
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting
- Maintaining company documentation (invoices, bills, legal documents)
Recruitment and Onboarding
-Support in recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Enhanced recruitment and onboarding efficiency
Client and Partner Relations
-Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
Tools and Efficiency Management
-Implementing time and efficiency management tools

Experience and Proficiency:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Operations, HR, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Proficiency with modern digital office tools and automation tools (e.g., Monday, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier)
Experience in travel planning- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets for processes and KPIs*
