Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2-year work related experience

- Computer literate and familiar on operation and application of the following programs:
a. MS Word
b. MS Excel
c. MS PowerPoint
d. Microsoft Team or other organizational tool app
- Familiar on office equipment operation
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the executive's incoming and outgoing correspondence; internal and external coordination. Ensures timely and proper distribution of correspondence.
- Receives all documents that the executive needs to sign and coordinates them properly.
- Makes meeting minutes and distributes copies to all participants.
- Provide the executive administrative support, including email writing and editing, memo drafting, and communication preparation.
- Perform minor accounting task.
- Meeting planning, such as scheduling, reminding attendees, arranging meals/catering as necessary.
- Organizing documents and reports of the executive.
- Taking calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Arranging meetings, screening, and receiving guests.
- Organizing the executive's schedule, make travel arrangements, flight and hotel bookings and re-bookings, land and sea travel arrangements, etc.
- Perform other administrative functions in the company.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
