Excel Data Analyst (No Prior Experience Required)

About the role:

This position requires an individual with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, combined with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with HR/compensation function and administrative processes is a plus

• Strong communication skills
• Communicate effectively with associates on a global basis
• Be proactive in dealing with clients and issues

• Complete multiple projects at one time, with tight deadlines

General Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, and other related field
• Should not be more than 2 years of experience
• Must be knowledgeable in Excel functions including logic functions, mathematical functions, conditional, etc
• No experience is required so this is ideal for FRESH GRADUATES and CAREER SHIFTERS!
• Must be open to FULL ONSITE Midshift and Night Shift Schedule in Bonifacio Global City
