This manager will be primarily responsible for the roll-out of Everyday Leadership programs in the Philippines. This will include the pop-ups and the belts scheduled for cascade to non Customer Solutions sites (TCP, ROHQ). This resource will be a trusted subject matter expert that works with Operations heads. The incumbent will observe, evaluate, and provide feedback to supervisors, managers, and senior managers. The position is responsible for development and integration of performance management programs and multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Provide expertise in the planning and facilitation of organization development initiatives and people leadership concepts and methodologies
- Create an inclusive environment which embraces and derives value from diversity and change
- Continually conduct needs assessment to design strategic development interventions
- Help implement the Masters coaching program and structure in the ROHQ and Supply Chain space
- Attend, observe and facilitate regular coaching and leadership sessions to develop leaders
- Facilitate or coach to the implementation and education on new tools and resources available to management and employees
- Collaboratively develop and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
- Manage multiple cross-functional learning and performance support projects
- Hold stakeholders accountable for actions, or lack thereof, in the implementation and development of new tools and processes
- Counsel stakeholders to solve problems and remedy issues of decreased productivity and efficiency
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in order to address opportunities, course correct and drive performance
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills at a variety of levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years people leadership or training experience a plus
- 3+ years experience with administrative duties including submitting IT tickets and managing data
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments with little concrete direction
- Implement performance measurements on training effectiveness
- Proven ability to adhere to regulations and standards quickly with little training
- Preferably with knowledge of Asurion principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Must have the willingness and ability to travel to Calamba and BGC. Required to be in Calamba site every Tue-Wed-Thu.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced facilitation and coaching skills, using both English and Filipino languages
