- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Conceptualization and Design
- Develop creative and innovative event concepts in line with management expectations.
- Design event ideas, campaigns and strategies to create memorable experiences for our players and target audiences.
- Develop creative event concepts that strategically integrate sponsors and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
- Sponsorship and Partnership Management
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with event objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with sponsors and partners on branding opportunities, activations, and other collaborative elements.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage event budgets and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and event partners.
- Track and report on sponsorship and partnership ROI and performance metrics.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including those related to sponsors and partners (booth setups, signage, activations, etc.).
- Manage communication between sponsors, partners, and internal teams.
- On-Site Event Execution
- Oversee on-site management of sponsor and partner activations, ensuring seamless integration into the overall event.
- Documentation and Filing
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all event-related documentation.
- Compile and update guest lists, contact databases, and other relevant information.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of contracts, permits, and other legal documents.
- Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor events, and opportunities for innovation.

- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders.

- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on sponsorships and partnerships.
Background or experience in casino events a plus.
Creativity and strategic thinking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
