Events Monitoring Support Specialist to join one of our global clients
Client Industry: Energy and Utilities
Salary: 60,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: 24x7, Shifting Schedule
Location: Pasig City
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor application, infrastructure, and telecoms using monitoring tools
- Analyze alerts, assess impact, create incidents and raise the service owner
- Support the technical teams during incident management by producing charts and custom reports from monitoring tools as requested
- Work with SMEs in producing insight reports of Events and optimizing the use of the monitoring tools
What Our Client Is Looking For- At least 1 year of working experience working on data center operations, specifically monitoring applications and infrastructure using any of the monitoring tools including:
- Dynatrace
- Nagios
- Solarwinds
- Spunk
