Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for events, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder goals
- Manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for each event, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and digital content
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform marketing strategies and increase event participation
- Leverage online and offline channels to maximize event visibility and engagement
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adapt strategies as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and other external stakeholders
- Oversee event registration processes and ensure a seamless attendee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in event marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
- Excellent communication and writing skills to create engaging content
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
