QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of AB Mass Communication/Marketing Communication or any equivalent.
Highly organized and able to work in a busy environment.- Proficient in MS Office and business writing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing administrative support for the Events Team.
Will work independently and as a team member to perform a wide variety of administrative support services, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the team.
- Prepare, review and facilitate payments for third party suppliers.
Facilitate requests from other departments and direct them to the concerned team member.- Organize and schedule meetings, including contacting the participants and booking conference rooms.
