The role:- The main responsibility is to contact top-level executives of the largest companies in Asia through outbound calls and discuss the details of the awards being organised.
Persuade/encourage senior executives to nominate their companies by discussing thoroughly the value of nominating for the awards.- Research the right person to contact for each company through websites, and other platforms.
Achieving success in this role requires a strong commitment to making numerous calls and engaging in client meetings. Diligence, adeptness at following instructions, and a strong work ethic are indispensable in meeting the demands of the position.

- Basic Salary - 20K starting, will increase upon regularization. Yearly increase depending on your performance.
- Bonus - You can earn 3k-9k for each paying winner/client that you get
- Out-of-the-country trips to meet your client - If you do really well with getting clients on board, you have the opportunity to join and facilitate the Gala Dinner (in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Dubai) and meet your clients face-to-face.
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Journalism or equivalent.
- Open to outstanding and diligent fresh graduates.
Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.- Must be hardworking, motivated, and dedicated.
Must be willing to do outbound calls outside the Philippines to achieve targets.
