Events and Promotion Officer

Hightower Inc. is an importer, distributor, and seller of frozen Asian processed foods, seafood, fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, beverages and Asian deli items to various hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and food processors nationwide.

• Job Description:

Planning and coordinating various events and promotions, including product launches, corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

• Develop promotional strategies and collaborate with sales team to align promotions with overall business objectives.

Planning and coordinating sampling and tasting events to showcase products and generate interest among consumers.

Ensuring consistent branding and merchandising across all promotional materials and displays. Interacting with customers during events and promotions to provide information, answer questions and, gather feedback.

• Establishing partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and sponsors to enhance the reach and impact of events and promotions.

Leading and supervising event staff, volunteers, and promotional teams. Delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth execution of events and promotions.

Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and promotions
