Employment type: Permanent/ Full time

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Work setup: Hybrid (open to 2x a week in the office)

Work schedule: 10AM to 6PM Manila time

Pay range:PHP 22,000 to 28,000

We are looking for an Events Administrator to join our Global Recognitions team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to provide administrative and logistical event arrangements working virtually with Recognitions Managers based around the world (in the Southeast Asia & Pacific region and globally). This role will support the delivery of in-person higher education advisory council events. Additionally, the role will also incorporate tasks to support the Recognitions Administration Team based in the UK.

What will you do as an Events Administrator - Global Recognitions

As an Events Administrator, you will primarily play a key virtual administrative and logistical support role to enable the delivery of in-person higher education advisory councils events for high level admissions staff, working with Recognitions Manager based around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • virtually coordinate event logistics in agreement with the Recognitions Managers to ensure event delivery including venue arrangements, flight bookings, technology requirements and catering plans are delivered on time and within budget to enable in-person attendance considering accessibility and inclusivity.
  • provide support to the Recognitions Administrative team based in the UK to update collateral, processes and systems developed to support the wider Recognitions team as they assist students, parents and schools apply to universities around the world.
