We do large-scale conferences usually range from 200-1000 attendees per event. All of our conferences are industry-focused and it is limited only to senior-level business executives and government officials. Through years of development, Escom Events had worked with 50%+ of all the global top 500 companies for the participation, sponsorship, partnership or co-organizing of those events. We also work very tightly with government bodies, investment promotion agencies, investors and state-owned enterprises in Asia and we see ourselves as the hub to promote innovations, forge partnerships, bridge cross border investment and establish business cooperation.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Event Sales/ Production Manager at Escom Events. The role involves planning and coordinating events, managing sales strategies, facilitating communication with clients and partners, and overseeing events. The Event Sales/ Production Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of events and ensuring their success.
SALES EXECUTIVE
Learn and Understand the event background and event product, especially the type of attendees and the benefits for sponsors
Do comprehensive market research to ensure you understand who are the potential sponsors and extract their company's solutions description related to the event theme and the contact details from internet
Do cold calls to reach to the decision makers and propose the sponsorship package
Do Follow-ups, Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors
Negotiate and close the deals, Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached and chase payment
Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sponsor and exhibitor opportunities
Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines
CONFERENCE PRODUCER
Recruiting speakers and VIP delegates.
Optional: Selling sponsorships. (Sales are not mandatory; no pressure.)
Managing event partners, including government entities, media, and associations.
Generating event content such as agendas.
Providing onsite event services and management.
Handling other event-related tasks, including marketing, branding, promotion, public and media relationship management, and operational preparation works assigned by the project director.
