Key Responsibilities:- Prepare an E&BC risk assessment to assess policies and procedures in place which respond to E&BC risks.
Assist in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the E&BC Annual Plan, including the annual communications and training plan.- Prepare communication and training materials (e.g. email alerts/blasts, infographics, powerpoint presentations, etc.) to reinforce compliance with the PwC Code of Conduct and PwC Values and to communicate Network and local E&BC policies and processes to all relevant partners and staff.
Coordinate and render assistance in E&BC training sessions and monitor status of completion.
- Assist the E&BC Leader in implementing the firm's complaints and/or allegation process and resolving Ethical matters in a timely basis, including completing appropriate documentation.
Assist in implementing the PwC Third Party Code of Conduct and monitoring compliance thereof.- Annually undertake monitoring to assess compliance with the E&BC Standard, Network Risk Management Policies and local policies and guidance, and in coordination with the E&BC Leader resolve deficiencies where identified.
Prepare E&BC reports for the E&B Leader's reporting to the Leadership (i.e. Oversight Board, Assurance Partners, etc.)
- Coordinate with other relevant groups and individuals to ensure compliance with the PwC Code of Conduct and PwC Values.
Involvement in internal and external reviews, including regulatory reviews.- Attend Global and local training and conferences, as required, cascade topics to relevant partners and staff.
Work together with the E&BC team and other relevant groups (i.e. Risk Management, OGC, HC, Ethics Champions, etc.)
