Ensures that the company adheres to legal standards and internal policies, identifying and mitigating legal and financial risks that may prevent the company from costly fines, maintaining a strong ethical reputation, and enhancing stakeholders trust.
Must have at least 10 years performing legal and/or compliance-related work, preferably in the power industry or relevant;
- Background in Corporate Governance, with experience in policy setting, regulatory, and advisory; Must have good writing ability and oral communication skills;
Must be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently;- Must possess a high level of work ethic and must maintain confidential information;
Must have high levels of coordination and organization in conducting audit engagement, training, monitoring and follow-through.
