Perform quantity take-off, create proposals/quotations, and send to clients and team members- Use Bluebeam software to perform take-off.
Communicate with clients regarding project details and quanitities.
- Coordinate with sales team and follow instructions regarding pricing, quantities, deadlines.
Complete tasks in CRM system and update opportunity data.- Communicate via chat, email, phone, video call with internal team.
Accurately and timely responses to Requests for Quote and Proposal Edits.
Excellent English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Previous work in BPO required.
Experience as estimator, project engineer, or quantity surveyor in construction required.- Millwork, wallcovering, interior fit-out industry experience preferred.
