ESTIMATOR (LOCAL/AU)

Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.

• Responsibilities:

A stable understanding of residential and commercial construction processes.

• Strong attention to detail and high computer literacy.

Maintain and update the estimating cost database.

• Disciplined/methodical approach to work planning, action, and follow-up.

Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within agreed timeframes.

• Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Experience with multi-unit, multi-level apartment, and Town-home developments

Detailed knowledge of building techniques and project sequencing.

• Ability to read/interpret construction plans, specification documentation, and finishes schedules and prepare quality take-offs as required.

• Requirements:

Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years BPO (Australian) experience

Preferably previous experience with CORDELL ESTIMATOR and PLANSWIFT Take Off estimating software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive can do attitude.

Major knowledge of cost estimates is required (Bill of materials)

• With experience in dealing with suppliers.

With strong oral and written English communication skills
