Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cluster thru the Property Management Company to include facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance and admin.
- Ensure that brand standards are maintained consistently across all managed properties.
- Maintains a constructive and highly interactive relationship with other Business Units of SMDC (Project Development / Engineering / Quality Assurance and Buyers Turn-over Unit) to ensure the smooth transition from Developer to Condo Corp.
- Assists in the establishment and implementation of Company organizational strategies, goals and
- objectives to ensure efficient operations.
- Reviews and approves the annual budgets for the property management offices and individual properties prior to submission to SMDC Administration and Finance Head and Property Management Head for fiscal approval.
- Build a quality team of property management personnel and establish a track record for the Company as a quality real estate management service provider.
- Has directly managed Complex / Property Managers from past work experiences.
- Good working knowledge of condominium and building codes and laws that govern condominium and building management & maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management Engineering, Engineering or Architectural courses;
- With a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Property Manager and two (2) years experience as an Area Manager from a reputable Property Management Company whether local or abroad. Exp Experience in Malls and Office Condominium may also be considered but only after passing a strict screening process;
- Has handled at least 5 residential condominium developments as an Area Manager.
