Responsibilities
Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes to support ERP implementations and upgrades.
Lead ERP projects for the organization from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation support.
Configure and customize the ERP system to fit the business's requirements and needs.
Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly, and solve any problems that arise quickly and effectively.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the ERP system is in line with IT policies and procedures.
Develop training and support materials for end-users for ongoing support and maintenance of the system.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with enterprise systems.
Strong expertise with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.
Excellent experience in project management, specifically leading ERP-related projects.
Knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work with international teams in different time zones.
